In Trinidad, we like it hot. That’s why we’ve scoured the furthest reaches of the islands to find some of the freshest herbs and daring spices known to man. While some of our dishes may look unassumin’, sweet as a prayer book. Just watch out – dey’ll kick you twice on Sunday! Flavors such as Caribbean Curry, Jamaican Jerk, Spicy, Sweet and Hurricane Hot have been known to bring strong men to tears.
